Delete your Lawzo account

In the Lawzo app

1. Open the Lawzo app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

On the web

Sign in with the phone number, email or Google account you use for Lawzo, then confirm the deletion.

What happens when you delete your account

• Deleted immediately: your name, phone number, email, Google sign-in, profile photo, uploaded CNIC and Bar Council documents, AI legal chat history, support chats, and all signed-in devices.
• Upcoming bookings are cancelled and the other party is notified. If you already paid for a booking, our team will contact you about a refund.
• Kept in anonymised form: records of past bookings, payments, payouts and reviews, because the other party and our accounting rely on them. They no longer show your name or contact details.
• App store subscriptions bought through Apple or Google must be cancelled in your App Store or Google Play settings.
• Deletion is permanent. You can sign up again with the same phone number or email, but it will be a new, empty account.
